Meet Amy

Hi, I’m Amy, founder of Clover Club.

Like many players, I fell in love with Mah Jongg for more than just the game. I loved the strategy, the laughter around the table, and the way strangers quickly become friends.

After helping introduce hundreds of people to American Mah Jongg in the St. Louis area, I created Clover Club, a warm and welcoming place to learn, practice, play, and gather. I’m a certified Mah Jongg instructor through both Mahj Life and Oh My Mahjongg (OMM) and love helping players build confidence, connection, and joy around the table.

Whether you’re picking up your first tile or looking for a regular seat at the table, I’m so glad you’re here.

See you at the table,
Amy

Customer Reviews

Dina, Beginner Student

"I am notoriously bad at learning new games, but this class made learning mah jongg so fun and easy! The way Amy introduced each concept made it super clear and easy to remember.  Highly recommend!"

Debbie S. Foundations Student

"I had a great time learning how to play Mahjong at one of the Clover Club's Foundation nights. Amy broke down all the rules into easy-to-understand explanations, and Lynn was super helpful at our table, showing us how to play. I will definitely be back!

Jennifer, Intermediate Student

"Amy was amazing. I was a little intimidated, she was quite patient, helpful, and excellent at explaining the game. Honestly it was perfect."

Z A, Foundations Student

"Such a fun intro class, lovely teacher and you don't have to come with friends, they will put you together with other people."

Amy, Beginner Student

Lynne G., Open Tables Guest

"I’ve been to a few Open Tables... and plan to keep going as a regular part of my weekly schedule. I ... have felt very welcomed by Amy as well as the other players. The space has lots of beautiful tables. I am so glad I found Clover Club. It’s worth a 30 minute drive...."
